Knowing your objectives sooner

Knowing your objectives sooner is a good thing to do.This is a difference between a successfull person and not.

If you were in Florida and you wanted to reach LA you could go straight to LA in on flight or one bus trip from miami to LA.

But you can also go from one city to another, pass a country side.Stay for a while cause it seems nice. You play in the mud there, because it seems fun.But in your mind your still thinking of LA for your final destination.

Same goes in life. You want to become wealthy or be an expert at a certain field. You see your friend who always wanted to be surgeon when you were kids now has already become a one.

He didn't waste his time.He went to Biology major when he was at Senior High and applied Med School after that.

Your other friend started business when he was a student and now has become a successfull recognized businessman. He already had stepping stones and failure at the first years of his business.

The thing is they knew what they wanted to do with their life sooner and took actions to support their goals earlier. And its no wonder they've reached it first too.

The moral of this story, the sooner you know what you want to do, the sooner you will achieve it.So you must focus on your goals in life.Because it is a race.

Time Management I

According to Jhon Adair we could define Time Management as :
"Time Management is about managing your time with a focus on achievement of doing and completing those things which you want to do and which  need doing."

Time management is : 1. goal driven 2. result oriented
Success indicators are : Quality of Work and Personal Life.

Easy steps managing time  :
I. Identify tasks that take most of your time.
    Example :
Peter Drucker says the most frequent task of an executive  are :
    1.meetings,
    2.reading and writing business materials,
    3.Telephoning
    4. Travelling

II. Quantify the tasks
Caculate the time consumed for each tasks (daily) and analyze where there are 'too much' and 'unnecissary' time consumed.

III. Prioritize them
Clasify these tasks on a daily basis as : Important -- Less Important vs Urgent -- Less Urgent
The idea is : Important tasks must be done by ourselves or needs high supervision. Less important or less urgent tasks
      can be delayed or delegated.

IV. Choose the best thing to do out of these four actions : Drop It ! ; Delay It ! ; Delegate It ! or Do It !

V. Make Daily Planning a habit. Plan Your Work. Work Your Plan

Increasing Economic Durability

As the economic crisis hits us there are several thing you should and should not do.

If you're employed, you must see your company's microeconomic conditions. You can ask first whether your company is catigorized as a ' significant hit by the crises' type such as manufacturing, financial or export oriented.

Also check the predicted sales and production figures. For example World Market Absorption Rate would decrease 30 percnt which means 30 percnt production capacity would be 'cutted off'.

Correct preemptive actions taken would mean keeping employed or layoffed. These actions could mean starting a smallbiz or moving to a relatively crisis free company.

Education and Health industry are samples of a 'immuned' industries. But we must still be aware.

What we can do is increase our economic durability by getting more into entrepreneurship, creating passive income, and start conducting wealth and money management.

Open your thought to new mindsets which is thinking out of the box.Survive this crisis gracefully.
